Welcome to Diana's Online Doll Room! |
I have so many dolls in my room, it was only a matter of time before they overflowed onto the internet!
This page is dedicated to displaying dolls which I have either designed or incorporated into paper dolls. There are also a few samples of commissioned / published paper dolls. I hope you enjoy them as much as I do! |
My pride and joy! Meet "I Love Cape May" and "I Love Cape May, Too", two Lee Middleton Company dolls which I designed especially for Oma's Doll Shop, in Cape May, NJ. Each one is a Limited Edition of 250, sculpted by MY FAVORITE doll artist, Reva Schick, and were practically sold out before they were even available at the store! (See original design in the background) |
Here is Victorian Seaside Wendy, by Madame Alexander Dolls. On the left, my paper doll, Victoria of Cape May is enjoying her own "Wendy" doll (She is part of a poster featuring other Victorian costumes)! Both are Oma's Doll Shop exclusives! |
This Limited Edition "Party In the Garden" Vogue Ginny doll was a souvenir doll made especially for a wonderful Ginny luncheon event, sponsored by Meyer's Toys, Dolls, and Hobbies. The corresponding paper doll I created featured the cute red dress seen here, as well as a few other garden-themed outfits. |
Wow! I'm come a long way, baby-doll! :) These are some very early paper dolls that were commissioned by a collector who saw my artwork in Doll Castle News magazine! Notice how LOTS of drawing has improved my artwork considerably over the past few years! |
"Frazzle" was the first paper doll I drew for Doll Castle News magazine. She was the centerfold, with 2 pages of fashions, and a small commentary about what inspired me to draw her. (Since then, I have drawn 2 more paper dolls and an article for this great publication, and have had my "Chasing Dreams" book featured in it as well) |
The doll at the top, center, is a (more or less) portrait doll of myself at the age of 1 or 2. I sculpted this doll under the instruction of talented doll artist Cynthia Moreno over a period of about 3 or 4 months. She is one of a kind, made of porcelain--- and obviously gets along very well with my Lee Middleton dolls! |

Here is a paper doll I created especially for the First Ever Strawberry Shortcake Convention, which was on July 12, 2003. It was a great event, where I met lots of great people! I hope to attend this year's convention, and there may be another paper doll created for this year's event!
You can print this paper doll out, so you can color it in, cut it out, and have fun! Simply click on the image for a larger view-- and enjoy! |
